Bill is currently President of B&R; Construction Services, and is a founding member of the company. Bill has over Twenty-five (25) years of experience in the design and construction of electrical systems for commercial, governmental, office, stadium and retail projects. Bill is responsible for over all business development, creating and articulating corporate vision and policy, and establishing talented people and teams to execute. Special projects that Bill has been involved in include Oriole Park at Camden Yards, multiple projects at the National Security Agency, NASA Building 28 at Greenbelt , Rowley Secret Service Training Center, along with multiple retail projects. Most notable retail projects include, Fashion Show in Las Vegas and Meadowlands Xanadu in New Jersey.

Ed is currently a Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at B&R; Construction Services, with approximately Twenty (20) years experience in the electrical construction industry. The majority of Ed’s experience is in retail design/build work, recently completing the Pittsburgh Mills project and now working on two design/build projects for Westfield . Other experiences include commercial office buildings, subways and traffic signalization/highway signage and street lighting.

Gary has a Bachelor Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 34 States. Prior to joining B&R;, Gary was employed by Shefferman & Bigelson as Vice President, Chief Electrical Engineer and Director of Marketing. Gary has over Thirty (30) Years experience in the Electrical Construction Industry. |

Steven is currently a Vice President and Head of Mechanical Engineering at B&R; Construction Services. Prior to joining B&R;, Steve was a Principal at Moore - Lewis, Inc., serving as Vice President, and as President. Steve has nearly Thirty (30) Years experience in the Mechanical Engineering Industry, and has performed work on numerous commercial, industrial and institutional projects, with clients such as Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kernan Hospital, Greenburg Gibbons Commercial, Alban Tractor, Bank of America, University of Maryland Hospital, St. Mary's County Public Schools, Carroll County Public Schools and many private entities. |

Tony’s background includes the design and construction of Retail and Commercial projects with such developers as General Growth Properties, COPT, Greenberg Commercial Property, Petrie Ventures, The Rouse Company, Taubman Company and Prime Retail. |

Rick is a Vice President at B&R; Construction Services, with over Fifteen (15) years experience in electrical construction. Rick is part of B&R;’s sales and marketing team, working with new and existing clients to ensure that all of the customer’s electrical requirements and needs are met. Rick’s duties also include Electrical Project Management. Some of the design/build, retail projects that Rick has successfully completed include Fashion Show in Las Vegas, Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas, along with many other electrical upgrades, expansions, and renovations across the country. |

Gabriel is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, LEEP-AP Professional, and has other trade related certifications and licenses. Gabriel manages the Energy Services Division of B&R;, including but not limited to LEEP Program, Energy Auditing, Commissioning, and Renewable Energy Applications. |
