Walter A. (Pete) Davis, Jr. - President
Pete has over twenty five years experience in Real Estate Development and Construction Management, and has worked for a number of Major National Companies such as Best Products, The Mills Corporation, Regency Centers, Premier Properties and Western Development. During his career Pete successfully managed numerous Large, Multi-Site, Development, and Construction Projects throughout the United States (many of which exceeded $100MM), and had extensive experience managing large complex additions and renovations to operating facilities. Some of his more significant Projects include Arundel Mills, Potomac Mills Phase III, and Renovations and Additions to The Shops at Riverside. Pete retired as an Army Special Operations Master Sergeant, has an MBA and is certified as a Project Management Professional. He is safety certified under the OSHA 30 program, and has completed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (QCM) Program.
