B&R Construction Services was the design-build engineering and construction management firm of record for the electrical systems and special systems of this project. The project consisted of an existing shopping center redevelopment that expanded the existing center from 869,000 square feet to about 1.9 million square feet. It included seven major department stores and was constructed in several phases, the final phase opening in October, 2003, after a 42-month construction schedule.
